Who We Are
Turning Point Organizational Solutions is a leading educational consulting firm dedicated to enhancing learning experiences. Our team of experts provides tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of educational institutions. Our school-specific support focuses on coaching and supporting the effective implementation of HQPL structures, strategic and intentional individualized coaching, and support to implement intensive interventions for school improvement. The goal is to leverage the ILT structure to consistently support the implementation of best instructional practices and impact student achievement and teacher effectiveness and the TC structure to build the capacity of teachers through job-embedded, student-focused professional learning experiences that improve student outcomes.
Support will include: consulting to identify areas of support; collaborating with systems to build the capacity of its leaders; coaching on how to provide actionable, timely and high-quality feedback; and supporting the implementation of School Improvement High-Quality Professional Learning Structures (e.g., ILTs, TCs, observation and feedback cycles), and progress monitoring to gauge transfer.
